ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
The following Returns Policy applies to this online store only and does not apply to purchases made at our physical outlets.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items returned must be in original condition with no breakages etc.
Refund will be made using the same method as cutomer's payment method and once the merchandise has been received.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
All costs related to returning item/s back to BOTTEGA LUCENTE are to be borne by the customer returning said item/s.
In the case of returns for damaged goods, BOTTEGA LUCENTE may, upon review of the case in question, agree to cover the costs incurred by customer for shipping the item/s back to us. In this case, the standard shipping option must be used unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by BOTTEGA LUCENTE. Should customer still choose to use another, more expensive service, customer is responsible for paying the difference.
Don’t forget to ask for proof of postage for your records. Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as BOTTEGA LUCENTE will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge the client for any such lost or damaged item/s.
In the event that a parcel is returned to BOTTEGA LUCENTE with a return fee and the parcel was shipped to the shipping address given by client, BOTTEGA LUCENTE reserves the right to forward the parcel return fee on to the client by either deducting the fee from the refund amount or as an extra fee if sending again.
Refunds on shipped goods will be made on balance after VAT, shipping and handling, shipping insurance, processing fees and any other costs have been deducted.
